September marks our 7th birthday, and what a ride it’s been!

Back in 2016, the very first Pet Mince Direct store opened in Plainland with one big dream in mind - making fresh, healthy pet food more accessible to Aussie families and their furry mates. Fast forward to today and that little dream has grown into six stores across Queensland, plus a thriving community of pet parents who believe in feeding their pets the good stuff.

From day one, the mission has been simple: provide dogs and cats with meals that are fresh, raw, and packed with the nutrition they actually need. No fillers, no preservatives, just honest food & treaties made from 100 percent human-grade ingredients.

Over time, Pet Mince Direct has grown into more than just a place to grab pet food. It’s become a hub where pet parents can learn about raw feeding, get practical advice, and discover new ways to support their pets’ health. Whether popping into a store for fresh bones and mince or ordering treats and supplements online, the goal has always been the same - making it simple to keep pets healthy, happy, and thriving.

Store Openings - A Brief History

Since opening the very first store in Plainland back in 2016, Pet Mince Direct has gone from strength to strength. Brassall came next in 2020, giving even more families access to fresh, raw food for their pets, and by 2021 Ripley Town Centre was up and running - quickly becoming a favourite spot for local pet parents.

After the challenges of Covid, 2022 marked a big step with a Toowoomba store opening to serve the west. Loganholme followed in 2023, and then Mango Hill in 2024, bringing raw nutrition to the northern suburbs of Brisbane.

Now the next chapter is on the horizon with a Gold Coast location in the works. Keep your eyes peeled - exciting things are coming...
