Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. All sales are final once an order is placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will send out a replacement at no additional cost to you. To initiate a replacement request, please follow these steps:

Provide Evidence – Attach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item, including packaging if applicable.

Approval & Replacement – Once we review and approve your request, we will process the replacement and dispatch it as soon as possible.

Claims made after 48 hours of receiving your order may not be accepted.

Items must be unused and in their original condition when submitting a claim.
