At Pet Mince Direct, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Returns & Replacement Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. All sales are final once an order is placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will send out a replacement at no additional cost to you. To initiate a replacement request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email us at adrian@petmincedirect.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide Evidence – Attach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item, including packaging if applicable.

  3. Approval & Replacement – Once we review and approve your request, we will process the replacement and dispatch it as soon as possible.

Exclusions

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

  • Claims made after 48 hours of receiving your order may not be accepted.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition when submitting a claim.
