At Pet Mince Direct, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Shipping & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Order Processing
Please allow up to 7 business days to process your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Information
Orders are generally shipped within 7 business days via Australia Post.

Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $14.95 applies to all orders shipping within Australia.

Free Shipping: Orders over $149.95 qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship outside of Australia and do not offer delivery on any fresh food items.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. All sales are final once an order is placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will send out a replacement at no additional cost to you. To initiate a replacement request, please follow these steps:

Contact Us – Email us at adrian@petmincedirect.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide Evidence – Attach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item, including packaging if applicable.

Approval & Replacement – Once we review and approve your request, we will process the replacement and dispatch it as soon as possible.
Exclusions

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

Claims made after 48 hours of receiving your order may not be accepted.

Items must be unused and in their original condition when submitting a claim.
