We don't currently offer delivery on any of our fresh products- so have disabled the option to purchase them.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN ANY PRESERVATIVES?
No, We pride ourselves on ensuring that our RAW products are 100% Preservative free.
WHAT DOES B.A.R.F. STAND FOR?
B.A.R.F. Stands for Biologically Appropriate Raw Food
ARE YOUR RAW PRODUCTS BALANCED?
We offer a number of balanced products, These products are labelled "BARF".
These products are all balanced to an NRC standard.
HOW DO I ORDER FRESH PRODUCTS?
You can order our fresh products to collect from any of our stores.
Simply:
-Message us on facebook (www.facebook.com/petmincedirect) with the product you would like to order, which store you would like to collect from and the day you would like to pick your order up
OR
-Phone your local store
HOW DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME?
Minced Products: packaged in roughly 1kg lots.
10kg bulk buys: Packed in 1kg increments.
Bones: Due to the nature of bones these can be packaged anywhere between 1kg-3kg
Offal Products: packaged in approximately 1kg lots.
At Pet Mince Direct- we charge per weight.

Unfortunately due to current supply issues and freighting costs - kibble is available in-store only.
