You can order our fresh products to collect from any of our stores.

HOW DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME?

Minced Products: Packaged in roughly 1kg lots.

10kg bulk buys: Packed in 1kg increments.

Bones: Due to the nature of bones these can be packaged anywhere between 1kg-3kg

Offal Products: Packaged in approximately 1kg lots.

At Pet Mince Direct- we charge per weight.

At Pet Mince Direct, our RAW products are currently available for in-store purchase only, as we are unable to offer delivery at this time. Due to availability and freight costs, our kibble/dry food is also only available for purchase in-store.

ALLERGEN STATEMENT

At Pet Mince Direct, we take the utmost care in processing our raw pet food to maintain high standards of quality and safety. However, please be aware that we process over 15 different proteins in our facility, including but not limited to beef, chicken, lamb, kangaroo, turkey, fish, and other meats.

While we follow strict cleaning and handling procedures to minimize cross-contamination, there is a risk that trace amounts of other proteins may be present in our products. If you have any concerns regarding specific allergens, please contact us for more information about our processing methods.
